I still need to do research on this issue, and get more feedback in order to lay out a feasible plan, but here are a few of my ideas off the top of my head.

1. •  Good Roads/ Bridges
   

2. •  High Speed created, and freight rail lines upgraded
   

3. •  Schools
   

4. •  High speed Internet
   

5. •  Sewage, make sure it can’t overflow
   

6. •  Gas, Fuel and Energy access
